A Nigérian Igbo man from Anambra has adopted one of the forest reserves in Brazil as his homeland , the Igbo spiritualist resides in the caves , dwells in the valleys , communicates from the East Zone of Saopaulo , Brazil

Inside the temple , an abode located in the forestry , the Prophet-Priest , a title , which according to him , defines a true messenger of God ; one who predicts , sees vision and as well offer sacrifices to the Gods, narrates the importance of nature in the practice of spirituality

Attending to Ancestrals’ Adeyinka Olaiya , the dreadlocked spiritualist , Raphael Harry Anene , spoke from his temple located in the caves , the extreme zone of cidade Tiradentes , Saopaulo.

The Priest said : “ I live in this location surrounded by forests and mountains because it is where I belong , the caves are my homes where I do my spiritual wonders , they know me in this community as the highest spiritual authority, they gave me this whole forest to do wonders and to heal the community . I have cured the mad , the oppressed , the sick , the pursued , they can testify to my spiritual works . I have not paid to live in this place , they gave me free access , they gave me comfort in the community . The hills are wonders of God , so I live in his abode “ the spiritualist explained

A native of Ugwu-Aniocha , the Ogbaru local Govt. Area of Anambra , the Prophet-Priest explained that his spiritual journey was inspired by his father who is still a spiritualist in Anambra , Nígeria “ It is a family affair , we are committed to save the sinful world “ – Anene said

“ I started from my father at the age of 10 , it is our family obligation , all my Junior ones are also spiritualists , we are to do the right thing , the water spirits are there for us , they take our offerings “ – Says the Prophet-Priest

The Priest who received Ancestrals’ Adeyinka Olaiya in his temple said his spiritual affiliation is different from the Igbo traditional religion , he said the practice can be traced to the old Judaism in the Igbo land , the spiritualist refrained from been equated to the Yoruba Bàbálórìsà , Babalawo etc , he said it is the act of sacrifices to the gods .

According to him , the days of Moses , David ,Abraham were days of sacrifices to the Gods , so were the days of the Igbo race , he said the practice is biblical but not Sabat or Cherubim and Seraphim religion , he refused to be associated to any other type of religion apart from the spiritism were only animal sacrifices are offered to the Gods

The spiritualist said the journey in the spirit is dedicating , he said acts of indecency are totally condemned in the practice , he said sexual relation is highly restricted if one is committed to his type of spiritism

“ I have not sexually touched a woman since I arrived Brazil . It is not allowed as a Prophet-Priest “ -Says the Igbo spiritualist

Elegantly dressed in his white spiritual gown , the spiritualist narrated his trips across Africa , he said spiritual works took him around Africa before he finally came to Brazil where he lives till date “ The Mother Earth brought me here “ -He said

According to him “ There is no country like Brazil, the gods communicates here , the goddesses dwell in Brazil , the country represents water spirits , they are Mamiwaters . I make offerings to them , the goddesses takes and solve problems“ – The Prophet-Priest explains

Accompanied by few of his Brazilian disciples, the spiritualist cited the community as a living proof of all wonderful works , he said the temple is his shrine where spiritual works are done in accordance to the law of the land . “ Ilegal acts , comportments against the laws of Brazil , illicit atitudes are not welcome here . We abide by the rules as good citizens and representatives of our country , Nígeria “ – The Man of God explained

Attesting to his spirituality “ He is a blessing to the community, he has helped us a lot since he arrived years back , he has helped the community, we come to him in this location whenever we need his guidance , he has always been there for us “ Says Rogério , a Brazilian resident .

What I do is Igbo Judaism , it is not Israel or the Jewish Judaism , though they both have links but I do it in the Igbo commitments “ Anene concluded
