Litoral Mongaguá , the waterside of Saopaulo, Brazil , this weekend , 10th and 11th of December , spoke in the language of our mothers , the city gathered hundreds of Orisa devotees in the interior of the largest Orisa temple In Brazil , Oduduwa templo dos Orixás, to celebrate the goddesses , the Iyamis

The celebration which started on the 10th of December , conducted rituals and services to the Orisas . It received Devotees from all around the planet ; Brazil , Europe , America and Africa .

The founder and spiritual leader of the temple, Babalorixa Sikiru Adesina Salami ( Baba king ) , in his exceptional lecture and sermon , described humility as essential in the services of Orisa religion , he insists our mothers are vulnerable , they deserve the very best from the society.

This year’s festival , unlike the previous , could not count with the presence of Late Oluwo Awodiran who recently joined his ancestors but was well remembered in prayers throughout the ritual services

The Iyami Osoronga festival , which is International , celebrated eminent personalities in Ifa-Orisa religion , the Oduduwa family from Abeokuta danced , sang and conducted rituals in accordance to the Yoruba traditional religion .

The Oduduwa Templo dos Orixás is a temple of Yoruba religion (Esin Orisá Ibilê) and Ifá cult located in Mongaguá ,Saopaulo , Brazil

The Oduduwa temple has conducted more than 3,000 initiations in the cult of Orunmila and more than 850 initiations in the cult of Iyami Osoronga . It is the largest temple of Ifá and Iyami Osoronga cult in the world .

The headquarters are in Nígeria, Slovenia, Spain, Serbia and in several states of Brazil . Oduduwa Templo dos Orixás has the mission of bringing the ancient knowledge of the Orisas to people who seek Yoruba spirituality.

Annually, the temple promotes festivals dedicated both to Orunmila and to the cult of Iyami Osoronga . These festivities are open to the public and include the presence of Nigerian priests from Abeokuta belonging to the Oduduwa family .
