A center located in the heart of Saopaulo , Brazil , African cultural center promotes culture and tradition of the African people , it is a notable center for arts and culture research programs created by Oba (Ogboni) Adekunle Aderonmu in the year 2002 to further boost the Afro-Brazilian studies worldwide
