The overall Spiritual head of Yorubaland arrived via Guarulhos International Airport in Saopaulo, Brazil accompanied by palace members and other Yoruba monarchs ; Owa Ajero of Ijero Ekiti , Kabiyesi Alapomu of Apomu , Kabiyesi Oba Alara of Ilu Alara and the Timi of Ede .
The king visiting Brazil for the second time was received in grand style by Yoruba communities in Brazil . The groups present at the airport were Egbe Omo Oodua , the Áfrican Cultural Center and Brazil-Yoruba group .

According to the Organizer “ African Pride “ , the Aroole Odua will address Yoruba communities and Isese practitioners in Brazil , Arole Oodua will speak with Parliamentarians at the House of Assembly in Rio de Janeiro before having a special meeting with the President of Brazil , Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva
The arrival ceremony at the airport included dances , songs and chants in Yoruba language.
