The Ooni Of Ife , Kabiyesi Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ojaja 111 , has appointed Chief (Mrs) Osunbunmi Abike Ifasemilore as the new Yeye Alaragbo Oodua .
The Spiritual head of Yoruba land , who through Oba Farotimi Faloba , the Obadio of Ife , communicated Chief (Mrs) Abike Osunbunmi , has also fixed the coronation date along with the celebration of Alaragbo Festival in Ile-Ife , Osun state .
The festival , slated for 26th June , 2022 , in Ile-Ife , Osun state , will mark the official coronation of Chief (Mrs) Abike Osunbunmi Ifasemilore as the Yeye Alaragbo Oodua by the Ooni of Ife , Kabiyesi Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi
Attending to Ancestrals’ Adeyinka Olaiya in Brazil, Chief (Mrs) Osunbunmi said :
“ I thank Olodumare . I will also thank Kabiyesi , the Ooni of Ife , Aroole Oodua , Ojaja 111 , for this appointment . I have been so dedicated to the services of Egbe all my life . I am so delighted , it’s a merited appointment . I was born into a royal family; the Olu Awo Oba in Osogbo , Osun State . I am a priestess of Osun, Egbe Obatala in Osogbo since 1984 . I was initiated into Olokun and Alaragbo in Togo. I am an initiate of Ifa , Sango and Ogboni in Ibadan , the Olori Abiye Ogboni (Agbaye) , the Yeye Oge Isese of Oyo State , the Iyamode Oje of Ibadan land , the Yeye Osun of Ibadan land . I am the founder and President of Omilere Alaragbo Global Foundation , and also CEO of Gberanle Herbal Mixture and Adoleen Herbal Balm . This is another happy moment . I am really happy .
